This campaign highlights how mission, vision, and values are translated into everyday actions, decisions, and behaviors across the organization. The work brings structure and visibility to shared principles, creating consistent touchpoints that reinforce purpose, alignment, and culture in meaningful, practical ways.
This work spans the full expression of mission, vision, and values, from foundational branding through ongoing internal touchpoints. The system includes visual identity elements, environmental signage, and recurring monthly focus themes designed to keep values visible and relevant.
Each component was created to be clear, consistent, and easy to engage with, helping translate abstract principles into practical, everyday moments across the organization. Together, these pieces form a cohesive framework that supports alignment, recognition, and long-term cultural reinforcement.
Logo & Visual Foundation
This work began with establishing a clear and flexible visual foundation for the mission, vision, and values. The logo and supporting elements were designed to feel credible, adaptable, and timeless, allowing them to live across digital, print, and environmental applications without feeling campaign-specific.
The goal was to create a recognizable anchor that could support long-term use while remaining neutral enough to evolve alongside the organization.
The mark is designed to represent the work done within the company’s different divisions. Five values complete the core, a key part of the manufactured goods, while the ascender represents the equipment and innovations that propel the mission onward.
Environmental Signage
Environmental signage was developed to bring mission, vision, and values into shared spaces where teams naturally gather and work. These pieces were designed to be visible without being intrusive, reinforcing values through presence rather than instruction.
By integrating the work into physical environments, the messaging becomes part of the day-to-day experience rather than a one-time communication.
Signage was developed in both English and Spanish to ensure the messaging was accessible, inclusive, and representative of the people it was meant to serve. Providing bilingual communication reinforces clarity, safety, and respect, helping ensure that values are understood consistently across teams, roles, and work environments.
Company-Wide Launch
This slide represents the official company-wide launch of the mission, vision, and values initiative. It brought together all core components of the work in one clear view, outlining the mission, vision, and values alongside the tools created to support adoption and consistency.
The launch included presentation templates, Teams and phone backgrounds, and environmental signage, giving teams immediate, practical ways to engage with the work across digital and physical spaces. By pairing clear messaging with usable assets, the rollout was designed to create alignment from day one and ensure the values were visible, accessible, and easy to integrate into everyday work.
Monthly Focus Themes
The monthly focus system was created to translate high-level values into ongoing, actionable moments throughout the year. Each focus highlights a specific theme, giving teams a clear and consistent way to engage with values over time rather than all at once.
To support accessibility and consistency, supporting tools were developed in both English and Spanish and shared with designated ambassadors. These ambassadors were equipped to carry the monthly focus across global teams, helping reinforce alignment and participation in a way that felt local, inclusive, and repeatable.
